She was predeceased by: her parents, Colonel James F. Fulton, Jr. and Barbara Joan Thaxton Fulton; and her siblings, Jimmy Fulton and Stephani Fulton. She is survived by: her husband Allen Brooks; her children, Shawn Brooks and Meagan Brooks; and her siblings, Dick Duane Fulton (Kathy), Barbie McDonald (Mac) and Kim Rowe (Bob). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
