He is survived by: his stepfather Jim Cohen; his parents-in-law, Buck and Johnnie Merrell; his son Chris; his mother Glenda Cohen; his brother Darin Cummings (Cherry); his uncle Richard Cummings (Sandra); his stepdaughter Sandy Bozeman (Ted); and his stepgrandchildren, Reece Bozeman (Beylee), Ragen Bozeman (Jacob Singleton) and Rylan Bozeman. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Keith can send donations to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta to fund research to fight childhood cancer.
