With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Max David Prisant (Woodstock, Georgia), born in Albany, Georgia, who passed away on December 8, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Prisant and Mozelle Prisant; and his brother Marty Prisant. He is survived by: his wife Joyce White Prisant; his son Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Kristy Prisant of Riverside, California; his daughter Katherine; his son-in-law Sean Cassidy of Lawrenceville; and his siblings, Evanne Saunders of Albany, Stephen Prisant of Snellville and Dr. Michael Prisant of Augusta. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

The family requests that everyone attending the graveside service please wear face masks, refrain from hugging or other personal touch, and observe 6 feet social distancing recommendations.
