She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her parents, Marianna Mayfield and Dell Mayfield; and her siblings, Allison Nichols (Robert), Richard Mayfield (Patricia) and Robert Mayfield.
She is survived by: her daughter Evelyn Rosser (Jimmy) of Acworth, Georgia; her grandsons, Owen Jones (Rebekah) of Acworth and Blake Jones (Christina) of Atlanta, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Adelaide Jones and Abram Jones of Acworth, Georgia; and her sister Elizabeth Ewing of Signal Mountain. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, step-children and step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Glisson in Dahlonega, Georgia to support Ms. Burnett's love of establishing strong Christian values in our youth.
