He is survived by: his wife LuAnne Costley Duncan; his daughter Mandy Cochran (Dustin); his grandchildren, Ella Slayton, Cole Slayton, Madalyn Slayton, Allyson Cochran and Anna Katherine Cochran; his siblings-in-law, Joe Costley (Ellen), Buck Crenshaw, Amy Hutchins (Mike) and Sara Rappaport (Kevin); and his pets, Odo and Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
