He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Pennington and Marion Pennington; and his grandson Cody Grenier. He is survived by: his wife Frances Bowes Pennington; his daughter Roben Grenier; and his stepchildren, James Bowes (Leslie), Laura Woodward (Rick), Chris Paxton (Pryor) and Tracy Cavallaro.
