He was predeceased by: his sister Vickie Wenki. He is survived by: his wife Debra V. Curtiss; his sons, Joshua M. Curtiss (Osiris Trejo) of Holly Springs and Joel S. Rogers (Cathy White) of Dunwoody; his grandsons, Alex White and Benjamin Rogers; and his sisters, Sheri Hartman of Otto and Connie Reinig of Helena, Montana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be made to the American HeartAssociation.
