He was predeceased by : his mother Wyolene Mathis; and his former life partner Beatrice Blalock Smith. He is survived by : his wife Christeen Smith; his daughter Linda Leblanc (Brandon); his stepson Stephen Rackley; and his grandchildren, Lillie Anne Leblanc and Jacob Morgan Leblanc.
