She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Smith and Thelma Smith. She is survived by: her niece Christy L. Chadwick; her great-niece Madeline Bridges; her brother Douglas L. Smith (Marcia); her nephew Michael Smith; her brother-in-law Larry Chadwick (Sandra); her nephew Neil Chadwick (Jessica); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Susanna and Zuri.
