Sherrill Duckworth Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherrill Duckworth of Woodstock, Georgia, born in Fort Payne, Alabama, who passed away on December 25, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Hartline Duckworth and James Knox Duckworth; his niece Toni Duckworth Workman; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Duckworth and Ronnie Barfield; his close friend Bud Runion; and also James Alford.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughters, Maggie Duckworth and Sarah Slaton; his son-in-law Jesse Slaton (Simon Silas Slaton); his siblings-in-law, Reba and Larry Joe Stewart (Rose) of Oxford, AL; and his brothers, Jerrell Duckworth (Sherry) of Chattanooga, TN and Farrell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
