It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caroline Pack Phillips (Wrens, Georgia), who passed away on June 28, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her mother Carole Bailey Pack; her husband Michael Phillips; her parent Derrel Pack, Sr.; her stepchildren, Katelyn Phillips, Johnathan Phillips and Isaac Phillips (Morgan); her mother-in-law Rachel Phillips; her grandchildren, Brody and Emma Grace Phillips; her brothers, Derrel Pack, Jr. and James Pack (Barbara); her nieces, Brittany Pack Long (Tripp) and Hannah Pack (Kevin Izell); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sophia, Hallie, Lucille and Grady; and her siblings-in-law, Andy and Christy Phillips. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Caroline's honor may be made to the Humanitarian Fund at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 201 Beallwood Drive, Harlem, Georgia 30814.
