He is survived by: his parents, Iris Prescott Bazemore and Gary Lee Bazemore; his wife Sharon Renee Chambers Bazemore; his children, Dolly Schmidt (Cheyenne), Adam Bazemore (Danielle), Leland Bazemore (Courtney), Lexie Bazemore, Bailey McCorkle, Avery McCorkle and Logan McCorkle; his grandchildren, Jaxon Schmidt, Madison Schmidt, Jayden Bazemore, Livi Bazemore, Ryleigh Bazemore and Liam Byrd; and his brother Daniel Bazemore (Misty).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (630 N Main St, Wrens, GA 30833). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Believers Baptist Church (2474 GA-17, Wrens, GA 30833). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Wrens Memorial Gardens (1533 GA-80, Wrens, GA 30833).
The family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jeff's honor be made to Believer's Baptist Church with checks mailed to 2474 Hwy 17 N, Wrens GA 30833 earmarked "Jeff Bazemore Memorial" or using Venmo @wrensbelieversbaptist.
