With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jerry Joe Watts (Wrens, Georgia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Greg Watts, Toby Watts, Chad Watts and Brenda Watts. He is survived by : his wife Dale Newsome Watts; his children, Jerry Joe Watts Jr. (Kitty), Tommy Wayne Watts, Nicole Watts, Lacey Reese and Jamie Onley; his siblings, Steve Watts (Christina), Don Watts (Norma Jean), Tony Watts, Randall "Toot" Hillis, Lisa Watts (Nick), Billie Jo and Hillis; and his grandchildren, Kayla Bridgers (Tyler), Tommy Silver (Evelyn), Trevor Silver (Lauren), Paige Silver, Catlian Watts, Hannah Watts, Ellie Onley, Sophie Albea and Easton Atkinson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; as well as other extended family members along with numerous friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (630 N Main St, Wrens, GA 30833). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
