Regina Ann Dukes, born on February 17, 1939 in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 27, 2026. Regina leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. She was predeceased by: her husband John Taylor Dukes; her daughter Janice Dukes Owens; her parents, Anthony James Puntel and Victoria Sutrynowicz Schulz; her stepfather Paul Schulz; and her sister Paula Cheever.

She is survived by: her sons, Tony Dukes (Sherry), Jimmy Dukes and Paul Dukes; her grandchildren, Kevin Owens (Crystal), Jason Owens (Ashley), Alison Doughman (Michael), Anthony Dukes (Ashley), Jacob Dukes, Ella Dukes, Kathryn Phillips (Chevy), Erica Neal (Roger), Nick Dukes, Dekle Todd III and Charles Jones; and her brother Rolph Schulz of Germany. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (630 N Main St, Wrens, GA 30833). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ways Baptist Church (4991 Campground Rd, Wrens, GA 30833).
