She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mary Ann Woods, David Woods and Daniel Woods. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Freshley; her sons, Alvin James Freshley and Michael Freshley; her siblings, Curtis Woods of Wrightsville, Joseph Woods of Wrightsville and Dolly Woods of Dublin; her nieces, Cindy Woods-Johnson (Wiley) of Augusta, Rachel Woods of Lithonia, Cherrelle Madison of Dublin, Mindy Woods of Wadley and Coretta Woods of Swainsboro; her great-niece Selona Tikia Hernandez of Augusta; her nephews, Daniel Wood, Jr. of Dublin, Aaron Lee Woods of Dublin and Lynn Woods of Dublin; and her friends, Ida Cartwright and Rose Hill. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the C. D. Dudley Memorial Chapel (617 E Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021).
