He is survived by: his daughter Emersyn Smith of Wrightsville; his sister Taylor Hutcheson (Ethan) of Tennille; his parents, Emory Christopher Smith of Sandersville and Lisa Michelle Phillips of Sandersville; his aunts, Jean Smith (Rusty) of Sandersville and Robin Oliver (Bruce) of Wrightsville; his uncle Clay Smith (Grace) of Sandersville; his cousins, Ryan Smith (Ally), Brittany Mihok (Frankie) and Shawn Smith (Cynthia); his sibling's children, Nevaeh Hutcheson and Jace Hutcheson; and his aunt Carol Anderson of Sandersville.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Washington County Memorial Gardens Cemetery (4962 GA-24, Sandersville, GA 31082).
