He was predeceased by : his father Albert Kaplan; his sister Sandra Rowan; and his nephew Tony Flanary. He is survived by : his daughters, Nannette Kaplan Mayo (Stan) of Adrian, GA and Diana Sullivan Decker (Dirk) of Cabot, AR; his sister Ann Flanary; his grandchildren, Loren Avrett (John), Tyller Davis (Baker), Maddie Mayo, Joshua Thigpen (Ashlee), Miya Decker, Madison Sullivan and Taven Decker; and his niece Cara Phillips. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
