She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Tant and Ruby Hooks Tant; her former husband Edward Wilkerson; and her brother Bill Tant. She is survived by: her husband Ellie Stapleton of Adrian; her children, Brian Wilkerson (Susan) of Kite, Lisa Keyton (Tim) of Wrightsville and Deidre Ledford (Jim) of Wrightsville; her sister Merle Mullis of Dublin; and her grandchildren, Amanda Blue (Quinton), Ashley May (Todd), Carly Soles (Gavin), Katie Ledford, Tyler Wilkerson and Kenny Wilkerson. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Kite Church of God (76 College St, Kite, GA 31049). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at the Sardis Cemetery.
