He was predeceased by : his parents, Lewis Lumley and Ruby Youmans Lumley; and his siblings, Luke Lumley and Laura Bracewell. He is survived by : his grandchild Lani; his wife Sara Lumley of Wrightsville; his children, Paul Lumley (Leah) of Wrightsville and Julie Frix (Brandon) of Swainsboro; his grandchildren, Cole Ducker, Alafair Frix and Leilani Collins; and his sister Lena Veal of Dublin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Swainsboro First Baptist Church Brotherhood or Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
