He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Bohannon and Lorene Bohannon; and his sisters-in-law, Tammy Groce and Barbara Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Carol Bohannon; his children, Chuck Bohannon and Dana Lebkisher; his brother Larry Bohannon; his siblings-in-law, Perry, Carol Johnson, Barry Johnson and Keith Johnson; and his adoptive son Steve Cabeza. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
