Judith Lynn Maddox Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on March 4, 2026, at the age of 74, Judith Lynn Maddox of Yatesville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alvin Mathews and Mary Nell Fowler Mathews; her husband James L. Maddox Sr.; and her siblings, Larry Mathews, Ruth Hope, Helen Nasworthy, Joan Mathews and Mary Ann Musser.
She is survived by: her son Jim Maddox (Sherry) of Yatesville; her sister Cathy Allison of Buford; her grandchildren, Lauren Gahagan (John) and Daniel Warford (Saylar); her great grandchildren, Emily, Kael, Ella and Danni; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Mathews and Ron Hope. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Mt. View Baptist Church at 2569 Jeff Davis Rd. Thomaston, GA 30286.
