Barbara Jane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Robert McCray and Imagene Stephens McCray; and her brothers, Eddie and Otis McCray. She is survived by: her husband Wilson Shepherd of Hiawassee; her daughters, Amanda Stroud (Johnny Stroud) and Johna Mays of Blairsville; her grandchildren, Rodney, Paige Stroud, Logan Mays and Candice Mays; her great grandchild Ellie Stroud; and her sister-in-law Mary Jone McCray of Young Harris.
