He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Matheson Hall of Young Harris; his son Charles; his daughter-in-law Shannon Hall of Young Harris; his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Shirley Hall of Young Harris; his sisters, Mary Ruth (Lloyd Erwin) and Peggy (Tony Bearden); and his grandchildren, Sabrina (Frankie Villeneuve), Ashlyn Caroline Hall of Cornelia and Vanessa Page Hall of Young Harris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
