He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Mason and Ola Norton Mason; and his sisters, Mary Jo Steinmyer and Cora Faye Mason. He is survived by : his wife Diane Rivers Mason of Young Harris, GA.; his sons, Marty Mason of Hayesville, NC. and Mikell Mason of Ruby, SC.; his brother Howard Mason of Charleston, SC.; and his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth, Logan Mikell and Skylar Elena Mason. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
