Though Joseph Fraser may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph Fraser touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas Garrott Sr. and Nancy McCain Garrott; his former wife Maxine Miles Garrott; and his son John Miles Garrott. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Boyce Garrott; his children, G. Michael Garrott and Jayne Garrott Romine (Jay); his daughter-in-law Susan Elias Garrott; and his stepchildren, Kari Bouldin-Pfiel (Larry) and Kipp Bouldin (Sandy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and many dear cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Groover Funeral Home (1400 36th Ave E, Ellenton, FL 34222).
