He was predeceased by : his father Sampson Tolar; his wife Elisabeth Tolar (Zeiler); and his siblings, Sampson B. Tolar Jr. and Melicent Hull. He is survived by : his children, Frederick Tolar (Sharon) and Sharon McDonough (Thomas); his grandchildren, Jason Tolar, Travis Tolar, Matthew McDonough, Tara Hicks and Anna Harris; and his great grandchildren, Victoria Harris, Vivian Tolar, Patrick Tolar, Eleanore Tolar, Thomas McDonough III, Sophia McDonough and Eli McDonough.
