She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude S. Murphy and Ruby Arvelia Campbell Murphy; her husband Joseph Douglas Landers; and her siblings, Dorothy Crowder and James Murphy.
She is survived by : her daughter Judy; her son-in-law Johnnie Pilgrim; and her grandsons, Johnnie Lee Pilgrim IV and Joseph Douglas "J. D." Pilgrim (Emily). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
