Though Dewey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Cobb Cromer and Barron Joseph Yarbrough; and his grandparents, Fredrick Dewey and Lillie Brazelton Cobb. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelli Huggins (Rusty) of Social Circle and Amy Hadley (Mark Landis) of Milner; his grandchildren, CJ Huggins (Lexi), Mason Dewey Huggins (Marlee) and Chandler Huggins; and his great grandchild Emmy Sue Huggins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Coggins Funeral Home (321 Hannahs Mill Rd, Thomaston, GA 30286).
