She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Smith and Josephine Smith; her sister Peggy Clines; her parents-in-law, Jimmy and Bebe Lester; and her brother-in-law Glenn Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Lester; her daughter Jennifer; her son-in-law Scott Ferguson of Ashford, AL; her sisters, Brenda (David Shofman), Charlotte (Ken Peeples) and Joann (David Norton); and her siblings-in-law, Judy Miller of Byron, Bobbie of Byron, Sam Jamison of Byron, Katrina of Byron, Roger Studdard of Byron, Henry of Byron, Ginger Lester of Byron, John of Byron and Kim Lester of Byron. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
