He is survived by: his wife Frances Hewlett Chapman; his children, Hollie Chapman (Keith Ballard) and Brian Chapman (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Kolbey Pritchett, Kruze Ballard, Keith Ballard, Jr. (Lindsey), C. J. Ballard (Jordan), Bryce Ballard (Leah) and Gavin Chapman; and his siblings, Sandra Davis, Brenda Sutton (Ernie) and Dr. Sid Chapman.
