She was predeceased by: her husband Harold B. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Smith, Jimmie Smith and Betty Newman; and her siblings, Kiyoshi Chiba and Eiko Takeuchi. She is also survived by Grandchildren: 6 and one great grandchildren.
