She was predeceased by: her parents, Domingo Carvalho and Josephine Laʻi; and her husband Clyde "Jackie" Kahula. She is survived by: her daughters, Zelda-Mae "Mice" Kahula, Tina-Marie Leimomi Kahula and Khristina K. Helekahi-Kahula; her grandsons, Blaze K. C. R. R. Kahula, Xion-Haze O. C. R. R. Kahula and Gabriel Helekahi; her goddaughter Jackie Dee Krause; and her children, Clyde "Bullets" Kahula, Kevin J. W. R. R. Kahula and Corrine Kaleilani Kahula.
