With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brandy Noelani Mie Tiogangco of Hilo, Hawaii, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Brandy Noelani Mie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Brandy Noelani Mie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father Jordan Tiogangco. She is survived by: her son Braden Oda; her stepdaughter Lexi Oda; her mother Anne Tiogangco (Tim Lerma); her siblings, Melissa Leinaʻala Moniz (Kimo Todd), Jordan Ikaika Tiogangco (Jennifer Tobosa) and Shawn Kaipo Tiogangco (Leanne Hanagami); and her nieces, Taylor Moniz, Kylie Moniz, Blayke Tiogangco and Carter Tiogangco. She is also survived by aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the The Arc. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
