As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Melveen Kaupiko; his children, Ezkiel Kaupiko, Na'alii O Ke Maluhia Kaupiko, Melina Kaupiko and Moanikeala Kaupiko; his father Wilfred Kaupiko of Milolii; his siblings, Kaimi Kaupiko of Milolii, Kade Sowell (Dawn) of Montana, Elizabeth Ann Kaupiko of Honolulu and Barbara Roloff (Sean) of Milton-Freewater, Oregon; his mother-in-law Mary Paio of Kailua Kona; and his stepgrandmother Linda Oba of Kailua, Oahu. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Living Stones Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
