It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kawika Charles Rose of Hilo, Hawaii, who passed away on March 21, 2026, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Kawika may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kawika touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Nikki Rose; his daughter Tatum Rose; his mother Rose Marie Rose; his sister Crystal Rose (Rick Towill); and his nephews, Mark and Ian Towill. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
