She is survived by: her husband Ruperto Dublada; her children, Jennifer Kawasaki (James) of Kohala, Dr. James Guerrero of Houston and Jerrilyn Guerrero (Gretchen Castro) of Las Vegas, Nevada.; her siblings, Winston Solmerin (Ofelia), Joel Solmerin (Zenaida), Samuel Solmerin, Royal Solmerin (Kathleen Kim), Richard Solmerin (Mary Jane), Gary Solmerin, Joenell Solmerin (Vangie), Grace Jadulang (Constancio), Rachel Solmerin Castro and Daisy Antonio (Mario); and her grandsons, Ean Grady Guerrero and Hunter Matthew Kawasaki.

Miriam was an active pillar of the Filipino Community serving as President of the Big Island Filipino Community Council Foundation.
