She is survived by: her sons, James Yamane (Kaan) of Thailand and Robert "Bobby" Yamane (Noreen) of Hilo; and her sisters, Ayako Shioji of Hilo and Kimie Taise of Hilo. She is also survived by three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
