It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Napua Hao Manuel (Hilo, Hawaii), born in Kealakekua, Hawaii, who passed away on May 17, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jokin Manuel; her parents, Rofley Hao and Anna Hao; and her sister Linda Hao. She is survived by: her sisters, Momilani Kalavi (Seneti) of Kalaoa Kona, Brenda Kalavi (Misinale) of Makawao, Maui, Pearl Hao (Ipo Kuakahi) of Pahoa and Roxann Hao Bissen (Darryl) of Kalaoa Kona; her godchildren, Kaleonahe Girbisi, Kahakai Souza, Kekai Keokeokalani and Shyya Hao of Kailua Kona; her sister-in-law Marylou Nakao of Kailua Kona; her aunts, Annie Mandaquit of Kalaoa Kona, Jane Serion of Kona Palisades, Darlen Senoria of Pahoa, Ethel Hao of Capt and Cook; and her great-aunt Helen Puou (Lawrence) of Kamalumalu. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Oasis Church (73-44284 Mamalahoa Hwy, Kailua-Kona, HI).
