She is survived by : her children, Wayne M. Nakamura of Hilo and Joyce E. Nakamura of Kirkland, Washington; her brother Saburo Kunieda of Honolulu; and her siblings-in-law, Shige Toyama of Hilo, Itsue Yamasaki of Hilo and Alice Char of Honolulu. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
