He is survived by: his wife Lucia Abregano of Hilo; his sons, Jeffery Abregano (Melisa) of Ewa Beach and Neal Abregano of Hilo; his sister Olivia Betonio of Aiea, Oahu; his granddaughter Jelisa Abregano (Oahu) of Ewa Beach; his great grandchild Michael Lindo Abregano of Ewa Beach, Oahu; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Abregano of Pearl City, Roseline Wong (Emery) of California, Mary Lou Abregana of Hilo and Ashley Hung of Hilo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM. A wake was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Dodo Mortuary, Inc. (199 Wainaku St, Hilo, HI 96720). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church (43 Kapiolani St, Hilo, HI 96720). A burial was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the East Hawaii Veterans Cemetery (110 Laimana St, Hilo, HI 96720).
