He is survived by: his wife Nancy Swartz of Holualoa, Hawaii; his daughters, Paulina Swartz of Holualoa, Kamaile Gross (Nicholas) of Kailua-Kona and Jasmina Swartz of Oahu, Hawaii; his sister Marilyn Molitor (Wayne) of Illinois; his granddaughters, Ashley Swartz of Missouri and Alohi Gross of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; and his great grandchildren, Madisyn and Blake of Missouri. He is also survived by 1 cousin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
