He is survived by: his children, Edward Marlissa (Elma) of Indonesia and Ludmila Barrett (Robert) of Holualoa, HI.; his siblings, Josie Marlissa (Martha) of Colorado and Enggie McCready of Los Angeles, CA.; and his grandchildren, Lawrence, Jarred, Roshalisha Barrett, Diarra, Mikella, Mikael Marlissa, Ava, Alexa Hills, Adelio and Azrael Marlissa.
Viewing will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Dodo Mortuary, Inc. (199 Wainaku St, Hilo, HI 96720). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Homelani Memorial Park (388 Ponahawai St, Hilo, HI 96720).
