He is survived by: his close friend Sharon Wishard of Honokaa; his children, Marlo Vinluan of Bullhead City, AZ., Pennie Oandasan of Bullhead City, AZ. and Kevin Vinluan, Jr.; and his siblings, Leslie Vinluan of Georgia and Barbara Bugado of Ookala, HI.. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 5 Great-grandchildren.
