He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Chung and Violet Chung (Ah San); his brother Leonard Chung; and his grandmother Badayos. He is survived by: his wife Filomena; his children, Clayton Keola Chung (Daphne), Carol-Ann Malialani Ota (Kevin), Clare Kaleonahe Chung Sanches and Corey Kaipo Chung (Vanina); and his grandchildren, Kelsey-Ann, Bailey Ota, Kamron, Karley, Kobe-Lee Sanches, Caylynn, Calia, Cade Chung, Kainoa, Kekaiokalani Chung, ChrissyAnn Salinas (Brannon Gouveia) and Keliʻi Tolentino (Sara Chang).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Church (5919 Kalaniana?ole Hwy, Honolulu, HI 96821). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
