She was predeceased by: her parents, Verna Fisher and John Sylvester Fisher; her brother Donald; and her husband Byron Quinby Powell. She is survived by: her sisters, Dolores Rusco and Verdean Leroy; and her sons, John Quinby Powell and David Hugh Powell (Lisa).
A burial will be held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery (2177 Puowaina Dr, Honolulu, HI 96813).
