He was predeceased by: his stepchild Kai Keao U'ilani Keao. He is survived by: his wife Frances Leilani Perreira; his children, Leslie Perreira (Gina), Shannon Perreira, Pamela Acosta (Bruno), Lionel Perreira (Lydia) and Lorelei Perreira; and his stepchildren, Catherine Hookala (Bryan) and JC Keao (Marielyn). He is also survived by 20 Grandchildren and 32 Great-grandchildren.
