He was predeceased by: his parents, York Fun Kam (Yuen Lung) and Harold; and his daughter Kelly Anne Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lum Kam; his son Jeffrey Carter Kam (Sue Walker Kam) of Honolulu; his grandchildren, Miranda Margaret and Malcolm Harold; his daughter Lori Dianne Kam (Stephen Keith Ching); and his grandchildren, Carissa Megen, Chelsea Alena, Cailee Brianne, Carter Stephen and Kami Margaret Schneider. He is also survived by in-laws, nephews and nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.
