He is survived by: his wife Kathy Perry (Hawai'i); his children, Denise, Lisa and Herbert Richard Perry Jr.; his stepchildren, John Archer, Patricia Weller and Barbara Masssey; and his sister Peggy De Forest Bottini of Ripon, CA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; as well as 12 great-grandchildren.
