He is survived by: his parent Melissa-Ann Kolo; his wife Kelsey Date; his children, Norah Keolani, Layla Hi'iaka, Max Kekoa Kūkā and Oliver Ka Wai'oli; and his siblings, William, Ku'ulei, Noelani, Jeni and Lily. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
