He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fagaltinan; his children, Joshua Terence LibyanFinelab and Jenesha Lee Ligorad; and his siblings, Daniel Ruegrong, Thomas Gilwuyoch, Tresa Tidad, Charlie Gilgaayan, Joseph Choorang and David Manpig. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and aunts and uncles.
