He was predeceased by: his sisters, Helen Tinan, Rosa Rungun and Petra Fattinan Giltinngig. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fagaltinan; his children, Joshua Terence LibyanFinelab and Jenesha Lee Ligorad; and his siblings, Daniel Ruegrong, Thomas Gilwuyoch, Tresa Tidad, Charlie Gilgaayan, Joseph Choorang and David Manpig. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and aunts and uncles.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oahu Cemetery Chapel (2162 Nuuanu Ave, Honolulu, HI 96817).
